Who can use WebExercises® Desktop?

WebExercises® is available to allied healthcare providers including medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, certified athletic trainers, and certified personal trainers.

Is there a demo I can try?

Yes, WebExercises® Desktop offers a 30 day trial of the full version which can be downloaded for free on the Downloads page.

How can I pay for the program?

Click the Purchase link at the top of the page. We accept all major credit cards, including PayPal, check, money order, wire transfer, and cash. Most transactions happen instantly and you'll be up and running within minutes.

Can I use the Desktop program on multiple computers?

No, the program is currently limited to one computer. We recommend using the Online version if you would like to access the program from multiple computers.

Can I email patients their exercise prescriptions?

Yes, WebExercises® Desktop does have an optional email function which also includes streaming video demonstration. If you're already running WebExercises® Desktop and have a registration code, click here to subscribe to this feature.

How much does the paperless Eco-Exercise™ Rx email feature cost?

You can choose the monthly billing option of $9.95 or save more than 20% by purchasing an annual plan for $99.95.

Why is there a charge for the Eco-Exercise™ Rx email feature on the Desktop version?

Since the Desktop version does not require an internet connection, in order to use the Eco-Exercise™ Rx feature the secure WebExercises® server must be used. This allows your patient to view their exercise Rx including video demos directly from the WebExercises® server. This method of sending exercise prescriptions is the best way to ensure patient record privacy through SSL encryption. The exercise files are also too large to send as an attachment with traditional email therefore the WebExercises® server must be used requiring 24/7/365 monitoring.

What is the difference between the Desktop and Online version?

The Online version is designed for use from multiple computers while the single user Desktop version is designed for use from one computer. The Desktop version will work with or without an internet connection.

Why is the Desktop program Email Rx feature not working?

First check your internet connection, then verify the registration code is correct. A valid registration code is required for the Email Rx feature. Also check the email address is valid with no blank spaces before or after the address.

Why are patients are not receiving their Eco-Exercise™ Rx?

Have patients check their computers spam filter. They will be receiving the Eco-Exercise™ Rx from the email address exercise-rx@webexercises.com.

Do we share patient email information?

No, we treat all patient information confidentially.

Are there pre-made templates?

Yes, there are 32 pre-made templates for all body parts which can be edited.

Are instructions available?

Yes, there are Navigation Instructions and other helpful Office Documents which can be downloaded from Online Documents located in the Help menu. There is also a Quick Start tutorial video found in the Help menu. Both of the above help options require an internet connection.

What are Tool Tips?

Tool Tips are helpful dialog boxes which open up when the mouse cursor is held over a button or tab.
