This Privacy Policy is part of the Participation Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. This Privacy Policy covers information utilization (information transfer) by subscribers and their clients through WebExercises Rehabilitation System®.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and how this information is utilized. WebExercises.com contains a link to Amazon.com. Once entered, site visitors should understand that WebExercises.com is not affiliated with Amazon.com’s privacy practices and he/she will need to review such site specific practices as he/she deems necessary.

What information is collected? The name of site visitor, email information and exercise prescription, in addition to clinic billing information as it applies including credit card information.

Subscription Services. Each proposed subscription will require its own Service Agreement which will govern use & terms of the service.

Who collects your information? Collection of patient name, email and activity within WebExercises.com will be accessible for statistical purposes only and no one else within the organization. Subscribing clinic and staff will have access only to patient name, email address, exercise prescription details for record keeping and patient last log-in date.

Cookies. We use cookies to allow you to move quickly through our site, to allow you to take advantage of some of WebExercises.com special features. A cookie is a string of information that is sent by a Web site and stored on your hard drive or temporarily in your computer’s memory. Cookies are small files and won’t pose any significant disk-space concerns. Some cookies used by WebExercises.com may remain on the user's computer after they leave the web site, but most are set to expire within 30-365 days.

How information is used. Information will not be sold to any source whatsoever or any third party. Information obtained is solely utilized for WebExercises.com access.

Should other information by WebExercises Rehabilitation System® be proposed for dissemination such as newsletters or any information whatsoever an “opt-in mechanism” will be instituted prior to dissemination.

Aggregate Data. We do not collect Non-Personal Information from WebExercises.com site users. However, with User authorization WEBEXERCISES would like the opportunity to collect information to improve services. This information will not be shared.

Disclosure of your information. WEBEXERCISES will not disclose any Personal Identifiable or Personal Health Information it gathers from you on our website. We may only release information for the purpose of compliance with valid legal requirements such as is warranted by local or federal government agency, search warrant or court order. Should such an order be presented, we will make efforts to notify you unless doing so would violate the law.

Operation and maintenance contractors will have limited access to your Personal Identifiable Information such as email addresses in order to provide technical services and operation maintenance of WebExercises.com. Our site contractors are required to protect the privacy of your Personally Identifiable Information consistent with this Privacy Policy and not use or disclose your information for any purpose except that which will provide our services.

Individual clinics will have their own consent to treat a minor on record within their facilities as clients/patients may not receive access to WebExercises.com until a clinic prescribes an exercise program.
