| Who can use WebExercises®? |
| WebExercises® is available to allied healthcare providers including medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, certified athletic trainers, acupuncturists, certified personal trainers as well as educators in the academic setting. |
| Do I need to download or install software on my computer? |
| No. WebExercises® utilizes the latest technology enabling you to access the entire software program without downloads or software installation. |
| How do I sign up? |
| Navigate to the Web Version page and follow the 3-step process to create your account. |
| Why to you need my professional license number? |
| We believe that exercises prescribed after an assessment by a qualified health care professional will provide the most benefit and deliver the greatest results. Therefore when possible we like to ensure only the most qualified health care and fitness professionals are using WebExericses®. |
| Is there a demo I can try? |
| Yes, you can try our Basic version for Free or a 30 day trial of the Professional version for a special introductory rate of $19.95. Please see comparison chart on the How it Works page. Please note, Trial subscriptions will automatically convert to a recurring monthly account unless cancelled prior to the end of the 30 day trial. |
| How can I pay for a membership? |
| We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express only. |
| Can I pay by check or money order? |
| No, We only accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express. |
| Can I upgrade from the Basic version to the Professional version without losing my patient/client information? |
| Yes, if you upgrade to the full Professional version all your patient/client information will be retained. |
| How do I upgrade from the Basic version to the Professional version? |
| To upgrade, complete the information on the Contact Us page with "Upgrade Account" in the subject line and a secure payment link will be sent. In most cases accounts are upgraded immediately upon credit card approval. |
| How do I cancel my 30 day trial? |
| Simply email us through our website Contact Us page with "Cancel Trial" in the subject and the reason for cancellation in the Question or Comments section and your trial membership will be immediately cancelled. |
| Can multiple people use the same account? |
| No. Every account is uniquely created for each healthcare professional. |
| Do you offer a discount for multiple providers at the same location? |
| Yes. For facilities with multiple healthcare professionals at the same location tiered pricing discounts are available. Please contact us for details. |
| What are my membership options? |
| You may choose from our Free Basic version or the Professional version which is billed month-to-month basis or you can save over 20% by purchasing our annual membership. |
| Will I get a receipt? |
| We do not regularly send receipts, however we will gladly provide one upon request. |
| How many patients can I enter? |
| Annual plans allow 500 new patients/clients per year. This averages more than 40 new patients/clients per month. Month-to-Month plans are limited to 50 new patients per month. We set this limit at a level which should generally not be reached by one subscriber unless the account is shared. |
| How many exercise prescriptions can I give? |
| There is no limit to the number of exercise prescriptions for each of the 500 patients/clients per year. |
| Is there a limited to the number of patients/clients that can be entered on the Free Basic account? |
| Yes, we limit the number of patients/clients to 300/yr. |
| How do I change my password? |
| Custom password changes are only available with the Professional version. Once your account has been created, you may contact customer care requesting to change your password. |
| How can I upload my facility logo? |
| Simply send us your logo in a jpeg format no larger than 200x100 MP and we will upload it at no cost. This feature is only available to Professional version users. |
| Does WebExercises® offer a new practitioner discount? |

| What are the system requirements? |

Windows PC – A Pentium processor- based PC or compatible computer, at least 128MB of RAM, Windows 2000/XP/Windows 7, IE8, QuickTime 6 or later.

| Where can I get QuickTime player? |
| If the QuickTime player is not already installed on your computer you can download it for free from the Apple website. |
| Does WebExercises® provide technical support? |
| We provide support only for software navigation. Since WebExercises® is a web based program and does not require installation; we do not provide technical support for your computer. Please see system requirements to ensure WebExercises® is optimized with your computer. |
| Is there online help? |
| Yes. There are printable instructions located in the HelpDesk under Office Resources in addition to 12 QuickTime tutorial videos. |
