WebExercises® Overview
| Who can use WebExercises®? |
| WebExercises® is available to licensed healthcare practitioners including medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and certified athletic trainers. |
| Do I need to download or install software on my computer? |
| No. WebExercises® utilizes the latest technology enabling you to access the entire software program without downloads or software installation. |
| How do I sign up? |
| Navigate to the Get Started page and follow the 3-step process to create your account. |
| Why to you need my professional license number? |
| In order to maintain the highest standards, we like to ensure only qualified healthcare professionals are utilizing WebExercises®. |
| Is there a demo I can try? |
| Since WebExercises® is completely web based, we offer a 30 day trial at a special introductory rate for you to thoroughly evaluate the program. |
| How can I pay for a subscription? |
| We accept Mastercard and Visa only. |
| Can I pay by check or money order? |
| Yes, however your account will be activated after the funds clear the bank. |
| How do I cancel my 30 day trial? |
| Simply email us through our website Contact Us page with "Cancel Trial" in the subject and the reason for cancellation in the Question or Comments section and your trial subscription will be immediately cancelled. |
| Can multiple people use the same account? |
| No. Every account is uniquely created for each healthcare professional. Multiple users on the same account are a violation of the Terms of Use agreement. |
| Do you offer a discount for multiple providers at the same location? |
| Yes. For offices with multiple healthcare providers at the same location, the second subscription is offered at a 25% discount. All subscriptions thereafter that are offered at a 50% discount. |
| What are my subscription options? |
| You may choose to pay on a month-to-month basis or save 25% by purchasing our annual subscription. |
| Will I get a receipt? |
| We do not regularly send receipts, however we will gladly provide one upon request. |
| How many patients can I enter? |
| Annual plans allow 240 new patients per year. This averages 20 new patients per month. Month-to-Month plans are limited to 20 new patients per month. |
| How many exercise prescriptions can I give? |
| Each of the 240 new patients can have their exercise prescription revised 15 times over the course of the year. |
| What happens if I need to enter more patients? |
| You may purchase additional patient entries if you exceed the 240 allotted for the year. |
| How do I change my password? |
| Once your account has been created, you may contact customer care requesting to change your password. |
| Does WebExercises® offer a new practitioner discount? |
| Yes. Please contact us directly for pricing at support@webexercises.com or call us toll free at 1-888-483-7866. |

| Do Academic Institutions need to complete credit card information? |
| No. Academic Institutions must contact us directly to set up an account. |

| What are the system requirements? |

Windows PC – A Pentium processor- based PC or compatible computer, at least 128MB of RAM, Windows 200/XP, QuickTime 6 or later.
MAC OS X – A 400 MHz Power PC G3 or faster Macintosh Computer, at least 128MB of RAM, MAC OS X v10.3 or later, QuickTime 6 or later. |
| Where can I get QuickTime player? |
| If the QuickTime player is not already installed on your computer you can download it for free from the Apple website. |
| Does WebExercises® provide technical support? |
| We provide support only for software navigation. Since WebExercises® is a web based program and does not require installation; we do not provide technical support for your computer. Please see system requirements to ensure WebExercises® is optimized with your computer. |
| Is there online help? |
| Yes. There are printable instructions located in the HelpDesk under Office Resources in addition to 12 QuickTime tutorial videos. |
